Jason A. Helsel is the Broker of Record and General Counsel to Capital Real Estate Company, Inc. Mr. Helsel co-founded Capital Real Estate Company, Inc. after practicing real estate law for over four years with a law firm in San Diego, California. Mr. Helsel is also the Managing Member of Helsel Parreira Properties, LLC, West Coast Income Properties, LLC and other single purpose limited liability companies that acquire and operate various office buildings and multi-family properties in California, Arizona and Texas. His expertise encompasses a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate syndication, real estate management and real property disputes.
Mr. Helsel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1998. He earned his law degree from University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2001. Mr. Helsel is a founding partner in the law firm of Fowler|Helsel, where he specializes in real estate litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of California, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Fresno County Association of Realtors, San Diego County Association of Realtors and the California and Texas Apartment Associations.
Mr. Helsel was selected as "California Rising Stars Super Lawyers 2010," which is based on a balloting process involving top attorneys from across California. The list represents the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers in the state of California. |
