Randy Parker is a licensed California real estate broker and the Sales Manager for Capital Real Estate Company. He is responsible for training the company's real estate agents and assisting in their marketing and business development. Mr. Parker's responsibilities also include monitoring each and every real estate transaction handled by Capital Real Estate Company. In addition, Mr. Parker is managing the development and sale of a 26-unit townhome project, the Montecito Villa Townhomes, in Bakersfield, California.
Mr. Parker has lived in the San Diego area for over 40 years. He is an experienced real estate investor, having acquired numerous real estate investments throughout San Diego and southern California. His talent in home restoration and remodeling combined with his knowledge of the San Diego real estate market led to the launching of Mr. Parker's real estate career.
Prior to his success in real estate, Mr. Parker was the Human Resource Manager and Project Manager for JCPenney, where he hired and trained for the national department store chain. His previous management experience coupled with his devoted interest in developing successful agents make Mr. Parker an asset to the Capital Real Estate Company team.
Mr. Parker received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Assocation of Realtors and the San Diego County Association of Realtors.
