Ruthanne Morgan is a licensed California real estate agent and an associate of Capital Real Estate Company, Inc. Ms. Morgan is a long time resident of San Diego and very involved in the community. She is an active member of Executive Women International Soroptomist of La Mesa, Associated General Contractors and East County Rose Society. She also regularly attends the Sherman Heights Revitilization Meetings.
Ms. Morgan began her real estate career as a sales agent for Century 21. Prior to her real estate career, Ms. Morgan was a sales manager for a prestigious hotel in downtown San Diego. She also worked as an event coordinator at the San Diego Convention Center. Ms. Morgan is a certified floral designer and has years of experience in interior decorating and room accessorizing.
Ms. Morgan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the San Diego County Association of Realtors.
