Ms. Helsel co-founded Capital Real Estate Company, Inc. after working as a real estate agent with a large residential brokerage in San Diego, California. Prior to the real estate industry, Ms. Helsel worked in San Francisco area as an executive recruiter for various dot com companies, including Brodia.com, Move.com and Gap.com.
